Bell Canada Innovation Award
Sporting Goods Business students Natalie Hubbs, Klayton Hoelscher, Thomas Mcilmoyle recently competed in the Fleming College Innovation and Technology Showcase in partnership with Bell Canada.
The event held Friday, March 29 at Fleming’s Kawartha Trades and Technology Centre, showcased 60 applied projects completed by students in the School of Business and the School of Trades and Technology.
The students presented their Canadian Sporting Goods Association [CSGA] Membership Engagement Campaign, completed as part of their applied project, and were awarded 3rd place and received a Bell Presentation Award – School of Business category. This award is intended for project teams that demonstrated highly effective communication and presentation skills as they showcase their projects.

The Bell Innovation Award is intended for project teams that have demonstrated a high level of creativity, resourcefulness and innovation in order to meet the requirements of their client and satisfy project objectives. This award has a third, second and first place winner from School of Business and School of Trades and Technology.
